Couch-to-5K Running Plan

I wasn't aware that there was anything like "Couch-to-5k plan"; until I achieved that; Today is the day, When I recorded 3.70 miles at avg 5.5 Mph in 42 mins on treadmill; Surprisingly It wasn't painful as long as I stick to the plan of 20 or 30 minutes sessions, three times a week.

Now, I just wish I stick to this habit as long as Its possible.
